How does certificate verification work?

Every certificate has a unique ID, QR code, and permanent verification URL. Anyone can scan the QR or visit the URL to instantly confirm authenticity, the issuing organisation, and validity — no account required.

Are the certificates tamper-proof?

Yes. Each credential is cryptographically signed with your organisation's keys and includes tamper-detection checks. Any modification invalidates the signature, making forgery detectable and effectively impossible.

Can I use my own branding and domain?

Absolutely. On Professional and Enterprise plans you get full white-label branding — your logo, colours, custom verification domain, and branded delivery emails.

How do I issue certificates in bulk?

Upload a CSV of recipients or connect your LMS/API. iCertify generates personalised, signed certificates for every recipient in a single batch and can email them automatically.

Do certificates expire or disappear?

Certificates are hosted for the lifetime of the credential at a permanent URL. You can optionally set expiry dates for credentials that require renewal, and recipients keep access forever.
