By accessing or using iCertify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein.
If you are using iCertify on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Use of the service
You may use iCertify only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the credential data you issue and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in GBP and are non-refundable except as required by law (including your statutory rights under UK consumer law where applicable).
Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.
We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable use
You may not use iCertify to issue fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful credentials, or to infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk.
Intellectual property
iCertify and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iCertify and protected by intellectual-property laws.
You retain all rights to the credential data and content you upload to the platform.
Limitation of liability
iCertify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated.
Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
